“I firmly believe that it is better to put a fence at the top of a cliff than an ambulance at the bottom and I strive to make sure we can help our clients do just that. I try to think of myself as a servant leader, and do my best to not only be there for my staff but also for our clients. In all of my years in this business, I have come to respect and admire the work of the Human Resources and safety professionals in the business community. They have one of the hardest jobs around trying to negotiate all of the federal, state, and local regulations while they work to keep their businesses running smoothly. I encourage our staff to do whatever they can to serve our clients and their employees in a positive manner.”
