IMPACT Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and related services
Studies indicate most people experience one or two personal/professional issues each year that have a significant impact on productivity. These issues are often temporary; however, they may require the support of an unbiased party to successfully resolve and help employees and their families move forward in their lives. Our IMPACT counselors are certified to the highest levels and have been working with companies, individuals and their families confidentially for many years bringing resolution and help when they need it.
EAP provides one-on-one counseling for employees with:
- Decreased productivity due to personal/professional issues
- Mandatory referrals due to a workplace incident
- Grief counseling
- Anger or conflict management in the workplace
- Substance abuse/alcohol counseling
- Family/personal conflict
- Stress management
The EAP therapist can also provide Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluations as required by DOT.
The EAP therapist can also provide the following consultation/educational services:
- Crisis debriefing when trauma occurs in the workplace
- Last-chance agreements for substance abuse
- Supervisor referrals to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Mediating conflict and dispute in the workplace
- Identifying an impaired employee (meets DOT requirements)
- Work/life balance consulting
- Successfully overcoming depression
- Parenting Teenagers 101
- Customized programs
